The Management Group, Inc., or TMG, is a full service management company managing residential properties in Washington and Oregon since 1985. Our portfolio includes community associations, single family homes and apartment communities. At TMG, we know that well-managed, well-maintained, and well-marketed property investments produce the highest returns. Our Mission Statement guarantees our clients and customer's extraordinary service and product excellence. What is extraordinary? Webster's Unabridged Dictionary defines extraordinary as 1. beyond what is usual, ordinary, regular or established. 2. exceptional in character, amount, extent or degree. What is service? Webster's Unabridged Dictionary defines services as 1. an act of helpful activity.
What is TMG's definition of extraordinary service? An act of helpful activity that is beyond what is expected and exceptional both in character and amount. Translation: "Give the client more than they expect and do it better than anyone else".
