Routine Maintenance
Our Maintenance department can handle the full scope of maintenance and repairs needed for your community, whether large or small projects, in both Oregon and Washington. Maintenance Technicians are available for after-hours emergency calls, as well as routine maintenance and repairs. We offer a variety of maintenance services required to fulfill an Association’s Annual Maintenance Plan AND we understand the importance of getting the job done fast and getting it done right the first time.
Capital Projects
If the work under consideration is a capital project requiring the creation of a detailed scope of work, bid specifications, and contract oversight, our Capital Project Manager can provide the necessary expertise at a contracted rate. In addition, we provide Maintenance Plans, Reserve Studies and Reserve Updates as needed.
TMG’s Capital Project Manager is experienced in overseeing large-scale projects as well as smaller projects in need of specialized expertise and oversight. Capital projects include siding, painting and window replacements, roof, deck, sidewalk and stairway replacements, pool repairs, concrete and asphalt replacement and repairs, upgrades to clubhouses, community rooms or other common areas.
