Education and experience

Managing Agents attend Community Association Institute (CAI) classes and events and are required to obtain their CMCA designation. Continuing education and training is provided to maintain high levels of proficiency in the property management industry. Many TMG employees are in the process of obtaining and many already hold various industry specific designations.
