TMG provides each Association with their own website.  This allows owners to access their personal account information in real time.  Communication between members, the Board of Directors and the Managing Agent have never been better with easy to update information, scrolling news banners for important notices and an enhanced email notification system that facilitates announcement and postings to members in their preferred method, faster, more efficiently and with less cost to  your association.   

Owners can obtain forms and documents that would normally be requested by mail, thus saving the association expenses for supplies and postage. And equally important – the information is available when the members want it, day or night.  Remember also, being online is the solution to faster collection of association dues with a Pay Online feature that allows members to view balances owing and make quick payments directly from their bank account.    

Database Capabilities

TMG’s comprehensive database has the capability of capturing all information regarding an Association’s assets both physical and fiscal.  This allows for quick access to accurate information for the Managing Agent and the Board of Directors.  

If the Board of Directors requests additional reporting, we are happy to work with you to best meet your needs. Generally speaking, if the information is in TMG’s database, a report can be generated to reflect that information. Because of this capability, TMG has developed a wide range of reports available to the Directors
