Perhaps the lush and manicured landscaping, or well maintained recreation opportunities, and homes, caught your eye. Whatever the reason, the distinctive features that make your community unique and a pleasure to live in, must be carefully monitored and maintained.

An active Board working on behalf of your community is essential for success and supporting the Board and homeowners is your professional management company. Working together, your Board and Community Manager take care of all of those details that go in to maintaining the integrity and value of your investment.

The results may be immediate, such as bidding, supervising and implementing a large scale landscape improvement project, or more long term, such as working to ensure full compliance with all legal requirements of operating an Association.

Financial Oversight and Management

One of the quickest ways to measure your community’s health and vitality is a review of the financial standing. Are your    dues  being collected promptly, and bills paid in a timely manner? Are reserve transfers made per Board instruction and in    alignment with your reserve study, to build toward your community’s goals for the future? Are the corporate tax filings completed    as required and your corporate status staying active? Detailed financial statements are produced monthly and available to all    owners for review.

Our financial team at TMG works with your Board on all of these issues, and many others.

              
                     

Clear and Concise Communication

Being readily available to you, our client is of utmost importance to us. We’re here for you to handle the daily needs of your community, and also here to help you should an unexpected emergency arise. Isn’t it nice to know we’re just a phone call away? Our Emergency Hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need us, we’ll be there. With an office in Washington and Oregon, we have staff to meet all of your needs. Your management team, headed by your Community Manager, is available by phone, email, mail, and fax. They, along with any of our support staff are more then happy to meet with you as well.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M to 5 P.M. Your professionally designed website offers another communication tool that makes it easy to keep up with Board meetings, community events, and other items of interest to your community.

 

Personal Interaction and Rapport

Our Community Managers attend to all of the many facets of running your community, but they also take it one step further. They take a personal interest in the success of your community. Establishing prompt and professional interaction with your Board, and all of our homeowners is their top priority. Depending on the level of service contracted by your Board, you may see your Community Manager out and about in your community. They may be doing compliance walks to ensure consistency within the community, or landscape or maintenance reviews. If approved by your Board, they will attend your community Board meetings, and always look forward to meeting homeowners face-to-face. We also offer educational seminars through the year for Board members to support them in their role, and update them on any legislative updates or industry changes that may impact your community.

Preserving and Protecting Your Home


One of the benefits of living in an Association is the governing documents in place to protect and preserve the appearance of your home, and your community as a whole. Working with Architectural and Compliance committees and your Board, we strive to ensure your documents are adhered to, and that all of the features that attracted you to your community are preserved for the future. Should you choose to request a change to the design or exterior of your home, processes are in place to present your request to the Board.
